There’s nothing as sexy or attention grabbing as cleavage, so here’s how to create INSTANT cleavage (even if you’re an A cup):

1. Crisscross your bra straps

If your bra has convertible straps, crisscross the straps in the back for a cleavage enhancing effect. Crisscrossing the straps adds lift to the front of the bra and helps pull your breasts together.

2. Get a bra strap clip

A bra strap clip is a nifty gadget that can be clipped to the back of your bra to enhance your cleavage. The clip gives the breasts extra support and lift and even helps improve your posture. (Remember, good posture makes your breasts look bigger!)

Tip: The higher up you place the bra clip, the more it’ll pull your breasts together.

3. Try the Nubra

The Nubra is my favorite way to create cleavage. The Nubra has adhesive bra cups that are attached separately and clasped, pulling the breasts together. It works great, even on the smallest of breasts.

The Nubra comes in various styles. Try the Nubra Feather-Light if you just want to create cleavage. Try one of the padded or pushup styles if you want to add a few inches to your cleavage.

You can order the Nubra online or find it at Macy’s, Nordstroms and other department stores for around $30.

4. Wear a halter top

Now that we got the undies covered, let’s talk about clothes. Halter tops are your best choice for maximum cleavage since the straps pull the breasts together. (Keep this in mind when you’re shopping for a bikini, too!)

5. Enhance your cleavage with makeup

A final way to add oomph to your breasts is to enhance your cleavage with makeup. Dust bronzer one or two shades darker than your skin tone between your breasts and around the top of the breasts in a curved “Y” shape.

Then brush a little highlighter or shimmer powder to the upper part of the breasts themselves. Blend well and set with loose powder.

Ok, so you’re ready to give up your padded bra and get some womanly curves of your own. The big question, of course, is HOW?

What’s right for YOU? Here are some thing to think about:

Natural Breast Enhancement

First of all, you might be wondering if natural breast enhancement even works. Well, if you saw my photos and read my story, you know that I’m a believer. SOME natural breast enhancement methods work, but there are a lot of ineffective products and outright scams out there. (Check out The Flat to Fab Guide to Natural Breast Enhancement to learn more about putting together an effective natural breast enhancement routine.)

The most popular approaches to natural breast enhancement are herbal breast enhancement and breast enhancement pumps.

How do breast enhancement herbs work?

Certain herbs have a hormonal effect that can trigger breast growth in many women. Breast growth is regulated by hormones, so this isn’t as far-fetched as you might think. It worked for me and it has worked for many others.

How to breast enhancement pumps works?

Breast enhancement vacuum pumps are based on the concept of “tissue expansion.” Studies show that applying consistent tension to an area leads to tissue growth. Many women have achieved permanent breast growth through this method.

BTW, the breast enhancement pump pictured above doesn’t look like a very effective model. (I just thought it was a cute photo, lol.) I’ll be talking more about which herbs and breast enhancement pump work best in future blog posts.

Natural breast enhancement pros:

• Natural
• Low risk
• Much less expensive than surgery

Natural breast enhancement cons:

• Doesn’t work for everybody – especially very thin women
• Limited (most women gain about one cup size)
• Slow results
• Requires effort
• Maintenance may be required
• Can’t correct saggy breasts

Breast Enhancement Surgery

Now let’s talk about surgery. Surgery is obviously the only guaranteed way to increase your breasts to the exact size you want. Although I had success with natural breast enhancement, I chose to have a breast augmentation to reach my final goal.

Most people think breast implants are the only way to surgically enlarge your breasts, but fat transfer to the breasts is an increasingly popular option.

Breast enhancement surgery pros:

• Guaranteed results
• Fast results
• Only solution for saggy breasts

Surgical breast enhancement cons:

• Costly
• More risky
• Painful
• Recovery time
• Additional surgeries may be required
