Hi,
Im on day 2 of your flat to fab program, and im doing the pueraria mirifica course. Im taking GABA and PABA along with the PM pills. both yesterday and today ,about 15-20 mins after taking the pills, i felt a weird taste in my mouth, metallic and bitter,and felt weird in the body,like a slight numbness. this feeling remains for half an hour or so. its really concerning me coz it just doesnt feel right. Am i doing something wrong?
should i not be taking GABA and PABA with the PM pills? please reply soon coz i dont want to harm my body in any way.

I never thought that such a wonderful thing as NBE exsisted a year ago. Now im starting the Chi Breast Massage and I’ve already seen results! I can’t wait to try the herbs too, but I’m nervous about their hormonal effects.
I’m wondering if there’s an increased chance of bad mood swings while using the herbs mentioned here. Most hormonal medications I’ve tried (a few different types of birth control) have given me such horrible mood swings I don’t feel like myself.
Is there a larger risk of terrible mood swings as a possible side effect for using the herbs? If there are, Which herbs are less likely to give me negative mood swings as a result?

I know you said PM is one of the best enlargement herbs, but does it give permanent results? I’m just scare that after I stop using it, everything will go back to where I started and even worst get sagging.

I bought the ebook and i started the programme. During the first month i took the pills of the herbs in the programme and I did the chi message with the herbal extracts. During the second month my sister got pregnant and the smell of the extracts was making her sick so i had to stop the extracts but still continued to take the pills. I noticed a little bit of enlargement but i am happy that something worked. At the end of the second month i got sick and my doctor told me to stop the pills and focus on the medicine that he gave me. So I did as told. Now I feel fine (not sick anymore) and I wanted to start the pills again. I can continue where I left off or I need to do the progesterone cream again? (my last period was on the 6th of september). And what about the message? what can I do because I cant use the extracts anymore? thanks a lot for your time in advance.

i had ordered purina murifica cream & pills, i also have Fenugreek extract, but i cant really take it, i tried a shot, fenugreek extract in a glass with a little water. Taste very bad could not take it.
(I previously use to put it in my body lotion but the smell was too strong &people commented on the smell, EEK! so i got the purina murifica & cream does not smell etc.)
i tried taking the fenugreek extract with soda, in a shot. but does that interfere with the fenugreek? does it kill the effecs if taken together? How should i take it? Also how many drops of extract do i take a day, how many times a day?

1. How old do you have to be before it works?
2. Is it like videoclips or something? or a book? If it’s a book, how many pages is it then?
3. Is your metods inside the book free? Or do i have to buy alot of stuff before it works. Do you have to buy pumps and other books before it works. Because that meens its not that cheep anymore.

I also wanted to ask if using milk thistle instead of USP progesterone cream is going to give me the same results, since I can’t find USP cream in my country and I’m afraid maybe the milk thistle won’t be as good as the cream.

I am 23 years old and my bra size is 30/32A. I am 5’3 tall and weigh 90 pounds. I don’t have an eating disorder and I am naturally thin, especially on my upper body, particularly on my neck and chest area.
Will the techniques in your book help my breasts grow even if I am very thin? I have tried eating Pueraria Mirifica for almost 1 year but have stopped since I haven’t experienced any growth and it was getting too costly. Also, I have tried applying a breast serum by Talika. Have you heard of this brand? I don’t think the serum is helping either. Do you think that the methods included in your book will help my breasts grow a cup size? Or should I save money for implants?
I want to grow 1-2 cup sizes, but at least one cup size for sure.
I have tried gaining weight, but even with the added pounds, my breast size remains the same. Does this mean NBE won’t work for me?

I bought your book as soon as it was released. You mentioned you used greenbush herbs. You said not to exceed the manufacturer’s dosage and the potency varies from manufacturer to manufacturer. I was wondering how many pills you took of each fenugreek, saw palmetto and red clover and how you divided them because each of the pills manufactured by greenbush each have 575 mg. That means for red clover in order to get 1,200-2,400 is close to between 2-4 pills a day. Which needs to be taken in three even doses. The manufacturer says to take 1-3 pills a day but that’s not the maximum dosage as stated in your book. For fenugreek and saw palmetto it’s easier to divide 1,800-3,600 as 3-6 pills but I’m looking for an easy way to gradually increase the dosage for maximum benefits. Another is about taking a break from the herbs one month off every six months and three months off after a year is the one month off after six months and three months off a year refering to after I have reached my desired cup sized and I’m taking herbs for maintenance or during the time I’m trying to increase my cup size? How do I keep retain the growth gained during the time I’m taking a break? Also about the breaks is it one month off after the first six months and then another two months and then three months off for a total of four months after a year or one break after six months and then another six months and then a two month break? Also I’m wondering if you can make your own wild yam cream using wild yam extract and the same method as the herbal cream? And how can you tell the difference between growth and swelling without losing the fullness? How many mg of saw palmetto and phytoestrogenic herb per day is the maintenance dose? After a couple months on the herbs I add a breast enhancement pump to my routine, am I supposed to apply the herbal cream before of after I pump? Spices like fenugreek and fennel are natural phytoestrogens that can enhance breast size. Phytoestrogenic herbs combined with the Chi Breast Massage and/or a breast enhancement pump is the fastest way to increase breast size naturally in my opinion.
Hello! I was wondering if there was anything more I could use that’d make my breasts at-least a cup bigger? I’m a 30A, I’m too small for my boyfriends liking and the Chi Massage is only working lightly for me and I’ve been using it for months now!
