Most can be used for a maximum of 30 minutes twice daily.

However, they COULD be helpful as an adjunct to breast enlargement herbs.

Vacuum pressure increases blood flow to an area, which is essential for directing the herbs you ingest to your breasts.

Then there’s the issue of “tissue expansion.” Studies have shown that applying three dimensional tension to an area leads to tissue growth. Tissue expansion has been used in the medical profession for the past 30 years and it’s the science behind the Brava System.
