How To Create The Illusion Of Bigger Breasts

Ok, you’re on a on a mission for bigger breasts, but let’s face it – natural breast enlargement takes time! Fortunately, there is plenty you can do in the meantime to enhance the look of your breasts. The secret is in the clothing you wear!

Here’s how to create the illusion of bigger breasts:

  1. Go for gathers. Tops that have gathers or shirring across the chest add volume and create curves where there are none.
  2. Enhance with an empire top. Empire waists and baby doll tops are great for flat chested gals since they emphasize the bustline. (And make big boobed girls look pregnant!)
  3. Whittle your waist. Belts and tops with nipped in waists are a great way to create shape – the smaller your waist, the bigger your chest will look in comparison.
  4. Add inches with accessories. Anything that creates volume around the chest helps balance your proportions, so wear scarves and chunky necklaces that fall at bust level.
  5. Get a boost with your bra. Last but not least, a padded bra can work miracles on your figure! Look for bras that contain gel pads or try silicon enhancers.

And don’t forget – a flat chest is a fashion “do.” Most models are flat chested since clothing hangs better over small breasts. It’s another reason to be happy with what you have!

Best wishes,
Lucille

Are You Wearing the Wrong Size Bra?

I know, I know – you’re probably more concerned with outgrowing your bra than fitting into it, but studies show that a whopping 80% of all women wear the wrong size bra! An ill-fitting bra is not only uncomfortable, but can lead to problems like chaffing, restricted breathing, back pain, and headaches.

Here are five sure signs that it’s time to trade in your bra for something new:

  • Wrinkled bra cups
  • Breasts that spill out over the top or sides of your bra
  • A bra that rides up in the back
  • Underwires that don’t lay flat against your chest
  • Red marks and indentations after you remove your bra

Your best bet is to be professionally measured at a bra shop, but don’t rely too much on the tape measure. Bra sizing can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so be sure to try on every bra before you buy.

You know you’ve got a winner when:

  • The bra feels comfortable
  • The back band is parallel to the front band
  • The underwires lay flat against the rib cage
  • The cups are full, but not overflowing
  • The straps don’t fall down or dig in

Keep in mind that bras have a limited life span of about six months. If you haven’t bought a new bra for awhile, it’s time to go shopping!

Best Wishes,
Lucille
