3 Powerful Breast Enhancing Protein Shakes

Since your body cannot store protein, it’s important to eat plenty of high quality protein each day. Most nutritionists recommend that 30% of your daily calories come from protein sources.
Protein shakes are a great way to get plenty of healthy, breast enhancing protein into your diet. Here are three of my favorite recipes!
Chocoholic Wake-up Shake
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1 spoonful of instant coffee
1 cup of skim milk
Nutty Strawberry Shake
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
½ cup of plain yogurt
½ cup of strawberries
6 shredded macadamia nuts
Sub-Zero Plum Shake
2 scoops of vanilla protein powder
1 ripe pitted plum
Juice of 1 lemon
1 cup of water or rice milk
You can use either soy, whey, or rice protein powder. Mix all the ingredients in a blender and add ice as needed. Yum!
