Nothing is as exciting as seeing your breasts grow each week, so it can be a huge bummer when things suddenly stop.

Natural breast enlargement is not a linear process. Sometimes your breasts will grow quickly, sometimes they’ll grow slowly, and sometimes they’ll appear to be taking a nap. Hitting a plateau is a regular part of breast enlargement.

1. Try different herbs.

Under normal circumstances, I don’t recommend switching around between herbs. Fenugreek, red clover, and saw palmetto are the foundation of any effective breast enlargement routine.

However, if breast growth slows, you can often shake things up by introducing a new herb. Try using hops or wild yam in place of red clover or fenugreek.

2. Intensify your routine.

Just as your body adapts to exercise and needs to be challenged with stronger workouts, so too may you need to intensify your breast enlargement routine over time.

Rather than upping the amount of herbs you are taking, try using PABA. PABA is a natural supplement which has been shown to slow the breakdown of hormones in the body. This intensifies the effect of hormone-enhancing herbs and can boost breast enlargement.

3. Take a break.

If you’ve been on a natural breast enlargement routine for awhile and the above suggestions aren’t working, it might be time for a break.

After awhile, the hormone receptors in your breasts lose their sensitivity and stop responding to herbs. The solution is to take a break for several weeks to flush your body of excess herbs and hormones. This resensitizes your hormone receptors so they can respond strongly when you start your routine again.
