Is Natural Breast Enlargement Effective for Asians?

I am often asked if natural breast enlargement works for Asian women. As I’ve said before, the right techniques can lead to moderate (and sometimes more than moderate) increases in most women - however, Asians MAY need some extra patience.

Blame it on a lack of body fat. Most Asians are blessed with gorgeous, slender bodies - but don’t forget that the breasts consist of a certain amount of fatty tissue. The less body fat you have, the less “raw material” you have available for building a bigger bustline.

It’s also important to take your body type into consideration. Asian women are generally a lot less curvy than, say, European or Latin American women. While natural breast enlargement can give your  breasts a boost, it is impossible to turn a “pear” shaped body into and “apple,” or a “celery stalk” into an “hourglass.”

Does that mean that all hope is lost? Not at all! Natural breast enlargement works, but patience and realistic expectations are a must. And if you’re underweight (no matter what your race), gaining a few pounds can help. Now where’s that Haagen Daz?!

Is Natural Breast Enlargement Safe?

Safety was my biggest concern when putting together my natural breast enlargement program. The herbs and massage techniques discussed in my book have been used safely for hundreds of years. Nonetheless, there are some safety guidelines that should always be followed:

  1. Get your doctor’s permission first if you’ve got a medical condition or are using prescription medications.
  2. Always test for allergies. While allergies to herbs are rare, you should be alert for unusual reactions. New herbs should be introduced to your system gradually so you can isolate any bad matches.
  3. Do not exceed the manufacturer’s recommended dosages. The potency of each formula can vary from manufacturer to manufacturer, so be sure to follow the label guidelines carefully.
  4. Do not use breast enlargement herbs if you are pregnant. (Not that you’d even need them!)

Please use common sense and caution when using ANY kind of herb or natural remedy. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue the herbs immediately and speak with your doctor.

Remember, big boobs are great, but there is nothing more important than your health!

The Forgotten Hormone that Makes Your Breasts Grow

Natural breast enlargement is all about hormones. You’re probably familiar with the breast enlarging effects of estrogen, but there is a “forgotten” hormone that is just as important: growth hormone.

Growth hormone is secreted in large amounts during puberty, promoting the growth of cells, tissues, and organs. Without enough growth hormone, your body – and your breasts – simply wouldn’t grow.

Unfortunately, growth hormone levels start to plummet after the age of 25. That means that you’re going to have to pump up growth hormone if you want to see results!

How do you that?

Growth hormone is naturally secreted during deep sleep and exercise, so the solution is simple: Be sure to get plenty of shut eye and an intense workout at least twice per week.

These are two breast enhancement tips you don’t want to forget!

How Much Can You Expect to Grow?

How much growth can you expect from natural breast enlargement?

The fact is, there is no single answer for everybody. Results vary depending on age, weight, and genetics.

From my own experience, I have discovered that the average female gains about one cup size. Some women have gained as many as three cup sizes, but this is the exception, not the norm.

Does that mean you’re out of luck if you’re looking for a dramatic change? No, but you may need surgery to accomplish your goal.

However, if you are looking for a safe and simple way to make the most of what you’ve got, natural breast enlargement is definitely worth a try!

How to Deal with Breasts that are Two Different Sizes

If your breasts aren’t a perfect match, rest assured that you are NOT alone. Nearly everybody has some degree of breast asymmetry and it is very common for the breasts to grow at two different rates.

Fortunately, natural breast enlargement can help even out minor size differences. The solution? Concentrate your breast enlargement massages on the smaller breast until it catches up.

Massage increases circulation to the breast, directing the flow of phytoestrogenic herbs to the area that needs it most. Massage also triggers the production of prolactin – an important breast enhancing hormone.

Do this consistently and you should be on your way to having a fuller, more symmetrical bustline!
